we only collect what you choose to share with us, we use it to reply to you, and we never sell it.

what we collect

when you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, email, brand or company, timeline, what you need, budget range and project details. if you email us, we receive your message and address.

when you look through the window, your answers stay in your browser until you ask for your reading. then we receive your first name, email, brand (if you add it) and your answers, so we can prepare your reading and send it to you.

how we use it

to reply, to arrange a discovery call, and to plan and deliver your project. for the window, to send your reading- and, now and then, to follow up personally about it. a simple reply asking us to stop is always enough. we don't add you to mailing lists, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.

cookies and analytics

this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, so there's nothing to accept. if we measure visits, we use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits in aggregate without identifying you.

where it's kept

inquiries and window entries are received by our host, Netlify, and delivered to our email, hosted with Google Workspace. your reading is prepared on Netlify and sent from our Google Workspace address. we keep them for as long as we're in conversation or working together, and as our business records require.

your choices

you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honor them for everyone.
